We are a research-first intelligence company exploring how intelligence emerges in nature and how what we discover can become intelligent systems.
That means there is a lot left to figure out.
We are interested in people who want to figure some of it out with us.
Aurisus is still young. We are not a large organization with dozens of departments and predefined positions.
Some people may come through research.
Some through engineering.
Some through writing or communication.
Some through an idea, an experiment, or a completely different field.
What matters is having something you want to explore and being willing to do the work.
You do not need to know exactly where you fit before you reach out.
People who enjoy difficult questions, investigation, observation, and learning from what they find.
You might be interested in biology, neuroscience, computer science, mathematics, natural systems, or another field that can help us understand intelligence.
People who like turning ideas into things that can be tested.
That could mean software, computational experiments, prototypes, sensors, robotics, or research tools.
You do not have to be an expert. We care about what you are willing to learn and build.
You might not fit neatly into either category.
That's fine.
Aurisus is interdisciplinary by nature. If you are interested in intelligence, nature, technology, invention, or questions that do not have easy answers, there may be a place for you here.
Not every opportunity at Aurisus will look like a job.

You do not need to have everything figured out. You do need to be willing to explore, question your assumptions, take responsibility for your work, and keep going when the first attempt does not work.
