From building things to understanding intelligence
The early vision of Aurisus was broad.
It was about technology, invention, and the possibility of building things that could do more than what already existed.
Over time, one question kept becoming more important:
What actually makes something intelligent?
That question changed the direction of Aurisus.
Instead of starting with machines and asking how to make them smarter, we began looking at intelligence where it already exists.
In nature.
How does an organism learn without being programmed with every answer?
How does it know what to pay attention to?
How does it remember some things and forget others?
How does useful behavior emerge without someone controlling every part of the system?
These questions became the foundation for Project Instinct, Aurisus's ongoing research into natural intelligence.
